2008 Novice Advanced Prep Camp
Camp Details/Information
- This camp will start at the end of August & run over the month of September.
- The camp will be done on an invite only basis; so to keep the player level & camp content high!!!!
- The majority of the camp will be held at the Hampton Arena (see fall schedule on website for dates)
- The camp will get the players prepared and sharp for the winter season and will focus on skating including the stride, edge control, agility & conditioning. The skating work will lead to a natural progression to skills including puck control, handling, moves and shooting. We will also incorporate skills to player tactics and move to age specific flow drills that incorporate and build on the tactics.
- The camp will be 8.5 hours in total & the player #s will be capped around 20 players to maximize development.
